Rare Medium: Cut Two Ways
Two Ways is 6×60 chef-led, ultra-slick social pieces for Rare Medium, the content arm of Meat & Livestock Australia. Each edit is in a split format, demonstrating two ways that secondary cuts of meat can be used to create delicious fine dining dishes.
The brief for this series was to deliver high-impact kinetic editing in order to create boundary-pushing content that worked over a wide range of social channels. Cutting live on set from a Phantom high speed Flex4K, the team and I delivered the series on time, and to spec, in under a week.
